The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for Permanent full-time Customer Attendant Qualified to be a part of our Customer Service Delivery team within NSW TrainLink.

This role will see you working independently between the Hawksbury River, Wondabyne and Cowan stations throughout your shift. You’ll be working closely with the community and our customers ensuring all visitors are well supported on their journey.

You will be leading and coordinating a broad range of station functions, including but not limited to, customer service and enquiries, ensuring safety standards are met, station presentation, ticket sales and revenue protection, station accounts, connecting with train crew and various cleaning tasks.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $1,325.75 per week (pro rata) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.

This position will see you working 8 hours per day on a 19 day month cycle.

Essential requirements

You must be able and willing to work Rotating Shifts including shift work, weekends and public holidays. Extended hours may be necessary at short notice.

Please note: successful candidates will need to undertake background checks and criminal record checks.

Own transport is beneficial as some shift start times are out of train operating hours.
