Administration Support - COVID19 Vaccination & Screening Clinics


  • Opportunity for enthusiastic administrative professionals to assist with the COVID-19 response across the Loddon Mallee region
  • Work will predominantly be in Vaccination Clinics (as well as COVID Screening Clinic and Rapid Response Team)
  • Fixed term positions available (initially to March 2022)

Classification: HS1A
Salary per hour (exc. super): $27.75 per hour
Hours per fortnight: up to 76 hours per fortnight available

The Team

The COVID-19 Clinic at Bendigo Health opened in response to the emergence of the novel Corona Virus (SARS-CoV-2) and which now includes the Screening Clinic, the COVID Vaccination Clinic and the Rapid Response Testing team (RRTT). The team is responsible for testing and vaccinating as required throughout the Loddon-Mallee Region (A region which encompasses greater than 25% of the state of Victoria and has a population of around 320,000 people). The team sits within Bendigo Health’s COVID Clinic which is now located in Mollison St Bendigo.

01.Ability to work under pressure during peak times and to be able to prioritise work accordingly.

03.High level computer skills operating Microsoft Office products and the willingness to be trained in various Bendigo Health programs and databases.

04.Demonstrated ability to adapt and work in an ever changing environment, particularly in relation to introduction of new and updated technologies, different working areas, workstations and people.

05.Demonstrated high level of accuracy of data entry skills.

06.Demonstrated ability to adhere to policy and procedure in relation to collection and correction of minimum dataset.

07.Must be willing to undertake the CVMS training upon commencement
